1. Which ad networks does ConsoliAds support?

ConsoliAds support over 20 premium ad networks (including AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Unity, Iron Source and AppLovin), ad exchanges and DSPs.

2. What ad formats do you support?

ConsoliAds support 6 different ad formats:

  • Interstitial – Static visual that covers the entire screen
  • Video – A full screen video with a comprehensive message about the product
  • Rewarded video – 30 seconds non-skip-able video that rewards the user on completion
  • Native – Matches the form and function of the platform on which it appears
  • Icon – Displays a small icon of the product at your desired spot
  • Banner – Appears in the form of bar, column or box at the top or bottom of the screen

3. How ConsoliAds can improve my fill-rates?

ConsoliAds Auto Mediation increases the fill rate via a layered approach and sends ad requests to multiple, premium ad networks to ensure best available ad network to serve ads. With top ad networks, ad exchanges and DSPs competing for ad inventory, publishers never have to worry about unfilled ad placements again.

4. How can I control the content of ads in my app?

You can filter the type of ads which you want to show/hide in your app. ConsoliAds also provide filters of all supported ad networks on its dashboard so you don’t have to go to those ad networks to set the filters.

5. How ConsoliAds can increase my revenue?

Your earnings are based on the regional traffic, ad formats and many other factors. However, ConsoliAds team is constantly optimizing its network with advanced algorithms to help publishers earn the highest possible eCPM’s and increase your overall revenue.

6. Do you support cross promotion campaign?

Yes, through cross promotion campaign you can promote your app within your other apps to enhance your user base free of cost.

7. Can I add users to my account?

If you are the owner of account, you can add users to that account, assign them different roles and can also limit the activities and access of the users from confidential information.

8. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

Our minimum payout is $100. You can get your payments once it reaches $100 threshold.

9. How will I get paid?

You will get your payment via Wire Transfer (Online Funds Transfer) from our International Bank account directly in your Bank Account Information which you provided in Manage Funds Section.

ConsoliAds is responsible for all taxes (if any) payable on the sales that ConsoliAds makes to the networks in connection with the mediation service. Whereas, the user is responsible for all taxes associated with the payments they receive from the networks.

10. When do you process payouts?

ConsoliAds own Payment Cycle is 30 days. For Mediation, if you are using Ad Networks other than ConsoliAds then their Payment Cycle is as per their Payment Policies.

You don’t have to make any request to withdraw your earnings you will receive the payments in your bank account as per the payment cycle and minimum threshold policy.

11. Are there any Sign-up cost or hidden charges?

ConsoliAds is a legitimate business having no illegal/questionable products/services. ConsoliAds does not charge any registration fee. Any change in current policy will be applicable upon notifying the customer.

1. What is ConsoliAds regional reach?

You can advertise your app/brand all over the globe through ConsoliAds, however we are the top ad network in Asia Pacific region and can bring you the relevant traffic that will convert.

2. Can I advertise my app/brand without integrating your SDK?

Yes, you can run advertising campaign without SDK integration but

  • You will only be able to run CPM (cost per mile) or CPC (cost per click) campaigns
  • You won’t be able to run CPI (cost per install campaigns)

3. What types of campaigns can I run on ConsoliAds?

  • Integrated Advertising campaign: Start advertising your app/brand on ConsoliAds global network to acquire new users through CPM/CPC/CPI campaigns by integrating the SDK
  • Non-integrated Advertising campaign: Start advertising your app/brand on ConsoliAds global network to acquire new users through CPM/CPC campaigns without SDK integration
  • Cross promotion campaign: Promote your app within your other apps to enhance your user base free of cost

5. How much do you charge for an advertising campaign?

  • For network advertising campaigns, spending is based on the type of campaign you choose i.e. CPM, CPC, CPI region in which you want to promote platform like android, IOS, amazon ConsoliAds also suggest you an effective bid range for an optimal campaign.
  • For cross promotion campaign, you can promote your app free of cost

6. Can I limit the number of ads served to a single user?

Yes, you can limit the number of impressions served to a user by using “daily impressions per user cap” and “total daily impressions cap” for cross promotion as well.

7. Will there be an administrator to support me as an advertiser?

Yes, ConsoliAds will assign dedicated account managers for advising on your campaigns

8. What is your refund/return policy?

Payments to ConsoliAds serve as prepaid top up to the customer’s ConsoliAds account to run advertising campaigns which is consumed accordingly only if any campaign is active. Hence, there no refund/return policy applicable to the added funds.

Your dealings with any advertisers, or advertising networks including payment or delivery of goods or services, are solely between you and that advertiser or advertising network. There is no refund/return policy.

9. Which currency and payment method is used for payments?

All purchases are processed by secure payment processors. We accept a variety of different payment methods (PayPal/Credit Card, Bank Transfers) and the payment currency available is USD. However, we will continue to expand the range in the future.
